The only advantage to to the new 07 and up manifold is the 90mm inlet. Stock intakes have the 87mm but it will accept the 92mm. I have one. with 92mm Nick Williams. The flex fuel intakes for earlier trucks are exactly the same as non flex fuel trucks. Only diff is injectors and fuel rails. I am not 100% on this. Some one correct me if I am wrong.
I can't tell you the diff in heads.

I thinkk the 07 has a bigger throttle body. So I would think no. Either get a 04 intake or a 07 throttle body.Thanks for the link.

Not without an adapter. The intake may be worth it but you will need a 90mm throttle body and harness adapter.Thanks for the link.

Nevermind then about the intake. What about the 36# injectors that come with the intake.....

I dont think you have enough mods to worry about bigger injectors. I am running stock njectors with my mods.
