Need Help 2001 2500 HD with 8.1

Ok Fellas, this place is always a wealth of information.
I have a buddy with a 2001 2500 HD Crewcab 4x4 with 8.1 l and allison tranny.

The SES is on, the codes are as follows:

PCM] P0463 - Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Old) (History) (Immature)
[PCM] P0700 - Transmission Control System Malfunction (Pending) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[TCM] P1779 - Engine Torque Delivered to TCM Signal (SES) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)

The first one I understand, the others we need more info on.

The truck has 90,000 miles. The only thing done recently was a water pump change out two weeks ago. Other than that this truck has been flawless.

463 is always wipers broken off the FLS.

700 tells us nothing without knowing TCM codes, the 01 LCT1000's were the first mainstream GM with a TCM. Gotta get the TCM codes to know why the TCM told the ECM to light the SES.

1779 is no consequence without the TCM codes.
