Newbie: Rear-end help!

need help!, looking for a posi: new, used, rebuilt.. whatever for cheap as long as it work properly and isn't a G80
if possible $400 or less
& i'm choosing gears, I currently have .23's and looking for either 3.73 or 3.90's
don't want any gears that whine, & don't think anyone does. lol

and yes i know, i know get 4.10's!, but i drive like 90% on the highway with 30" tires and being 17 kinda limits my funds cuz 93 aint that cheap
