    Weird Noise

Working on a 99 camaro v6 automatic. A guy that works for us put a motor in it. When you give it gas from a dead stop it makes a clicking sound like the converter bolts are loose. It mainly does it in drive. but will do it when your going in reverse and hit the brakes hard. It will not do it if the back of the car is lifted off the ground. It doesnt make any sense to me. All converter bolts are tight but the sound is coming from that area. Im at a loss.

Flex plate was fine upon instalation and the motor sounded fine before we pulled it out of the other car.

Some driveshaft crap is hitting the floor in the rear. Look for witness marks. These cars are very flimsy and the suspension design is a joke. Parts flop all over the place.

I was under it when it was making the noise and it sounds like its coming from the converter area but I guess it could be traveling.
