    5.3 & 4l60e for 800?

hello, i found a deal for a 5.3 and 4l60 with 41k miles for 800. it comes with the ecm and the harness, but the harness is cut. the only thing is that is drive by wire and i want a cable throttle. for this price should i just get it and convert to cable? from what i read i think i would need another ecm intake and throttle body, is that right?
    thanks sal

put the lowest part of the oil pan on the pallet then put some wood under the front to level it out then strap it down
what year motor???? 03-07 Classic all you need is another throttle body, the ecm is fine just make sure its tuned for the dbc instead of the dbw
    good luck!

do you have 2 old tires w no rims? use that to set the motor on then strap it down, should work fine instead of the rims. if the rims is all you have be careful with the way the motor is set on them. (you could turn the corner and the motor rock hard an run risk of chipping or cracking the oil pan) if the motor is still bolted to the tranny then you should be ok setting it flat in the bed and strapping it down
