fuel system flush

So I'm gonna drop my tank on friday and I figured I'd try to flush out the fuel lines while the tank is detatched. Is there any way I can flush out the fuel line. I was thinking about undoing the shrader valve and running some compressed air through the other end. Any suggestions?

Unhook both ends and blow through it. What's more important is the rails. Hardly a chance there is stuff in the lines but the rails, yes.
