    Our Trucks A/C Oriface Tube-Where In The System?

    Where is it located, say...on my 1996 GMC/Chevy Fullsize w/4.3? Thanks in advance.

    In the high side line to the condenser passenger side behind the grill. Pipe is at about a 45* angle from passenger side top towards the center and down. This connection typically corrodes and the two halves "weld" together. Pull the grille for access and use only the proper wrenches as well as penetrating oil and lots of patience or you'll be buying a pipe and condenser.
