Bad tensioner? Old belt. Spilled some liquids on it?
Spray some belt dressing on it, or just replace it.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
I got a paycheck that says you got coolant or oil on it during the swap. I've done that and then done the belt dressing and it didn't help. Rather than risk it not working, I would just spring for the belt. Be sure and ask for ALL of your options. Wiseguy at Autozone told me like 40 something bucks. I asked him if I could shake the monitor and see if it gave him another answer. Lo and behold I got one for about 15 bucks.

mine does it all the time!
kinda like it,haha!
He thought I was kidding at first. Just kind of stared at him for a little bit.
My Blazer does it. The belt having to change speeds so quickly does it. Your stock cam probably makes more usable power so the tune is squeaking the belt. Ignore it. If you wanna make it go away AND you think it's 'cause of some stuff you got on the belt, AND you don't wanna buy a belt, dump some cheap windshield washer fluid on it with the engine running. I use it all the time after wet belts during water pump replacements. Gets the contaminates off and evaporates quickly.
lol^^
yea i spilled dex cool on it thats for sure, its been through a ls6/thumper and back to stock cam swaps lol,so yea it may be the belt.
Wash the belt with cheap washer fluid then.
BTW, belt dressing is FAIL!!!!
