    changing tranny fluid ?

How's the best way to get all of the tranny fluid out to change it without pulling it? as far as I know there will still be fluid in the torque convertor once you drain it.

Gotta pull the converter to get ALL the fluid out. Not needed....and please don't take it to get flushed.

I know flushing isn't good but why? I never got a chance to figure it out at F*rd. I did 5 or 6 and a couple came back with trans problems, the guys above me didn't even want to do them because of the bs they caused. Didn't have time to investigate as they fired my ass because 2 of them came back. Oddly enough these ''customers'' came in to complain the day after I refused to do undercoatings until I had the proper mask and ventilation. But that's another story

It pushed crap that settles and doesn't hurt anything loose to places where it can hurt stuff IMO.

Sorry Nate.....Used to work at a quick lube and we did flushes. Hated doing them cuz they either didnt help or made things worse.
