Well I decided to run it at the local 1/8th mi drags last night...

    10.6 @ 66mph
    2.5 60'

There ya have it folks a 16.5 sec truck!

I didn't brake stall it hence the shit 60' time. This was at full weight with passanger also. lol I'm thinking this truck weighs more than 5500lbs, now closer to 5800.

My mods are... Nelson Tune, FIPK, LS1 fans, and a Flowmaster. Remember this is an ECSB Z71 LT package, larger 285 ATs so my gearing is like 3.53:1 now, I have a Sungtop, and a big stereo with multi amps with woofer box. Hell even with a 2200rpm stall I'd have knocked easily .2 off my 60' and gotten a 10.2 probably. hahaha

I really need to get that TT3K installed ASAP, that should cut my 60' times down to 2.0-2.1 I'd hope and give me nearly a .8-1.0 sec drop total just from that. Then I have that cam laying in a box that is sure to help a ton up top of the powerband also!

That still beats my 19.9 1/4 with the old 305 before the swap! Now you have a base line to judge your mods by. I'm sure you will have it quicker in no time. BTW what do you have planed for the Z?

Well if I could cut a 2.0 60' with that TT3K, then I would be in the upper 9 sec range right there.

I'm going to get the parts I have then go from there. I'd like to see a 408 under the hood but we'll see. I still want a Dmax here too.

Also, I'm thinking on offing that WRX here by years end and picking up an ol' 1985 Merc 300D Turbo Diesel lol They run forever and I can get a nice clean one for $5k, great beater and no payments!
