Okay, so this is the only business I have found in the area(one hour away) that has a dyno. Does anyone recognize what kind of dyno this is? Accuracy, high or low numbers? Just curious before I fork out my hard-earned cash.

I may be mistaken, but I am of the knowledge that the picture is one of a trailer chassis dyno, or Dynojet dynometer. I also know that Dynojet dynos are pretty accurate when installed within a shop--attached to the floor, but a trailer Dynojet--no clue...

as long as calibrated it should read fine. a lot of things can scew dyno numbers though. i would go ahead and do it and take the numbers with a grain of salt. they use these a lot at big car shows, the Powertour, etc.
