    I'm going to be installing headers on my 2004 6.0 and wonder if there is a better gasket to use than the GM ones.

    Did you get them ok?

    the GM gaskets are what you want to use.

    caught them talkin about some gaskets on horsepower tv today...said they will never blow out or anything and that they were also reusable just cant member the brand or the name of them..

    Yes, I did receive them today. I could only find 1 gasket though. I'll have to check with the dealership here for the other one.

    AS&M headers. I still haven't decided whether to remove the cats and do a whole new exhaust, or just mufflers.

    keep the info comming.i got the 6.0 also but want to see if you can really tell a big diffrence in performance after you do whatever you do...thanks dude....alton

    with the AZSM's on a 6.0 it should be a noticeable difference as they are true long tube headers.

    ktg, sent out the other gasket US mail yesterday, you should see it sat or mon, i'd imagine.
