why does it have to be a 03+ pcm?

From what I've been told, I don't know if its true or not, but the 03 6.0 PCMs only work with 03s 6.0 on stock motors. For some reason it was just that year thats not interchangeable. I dont know if its true or not, but its what I was told.
Why 6.0 intake. Arent all the 03+ truck intakes the same? Besides the 8.1

Oh yeah, I might have the intake in a few days too. Its complete with the electric tb, E85 injectors and the fuel rails.

well, after i made this thread i as told that i could use the intake off of my 4.8 over to the 6.0 and the 4.8 ecm and have it tuned for the 6.0.
