No help from Hypertech. So how do we get our 04's cooler?
Sorry, GM made a change on the 2004 model thermostats and we do not have
one available. We will eventually but no idea as to when at this time.

rpm outlet.com shows a part # of hyp1014 for a 160 and hyp1015 for a 180 for the '04's.
