    Slippery Rock, PENN

    Hows the weather going to be up there in a couple weeks? lol

    Im flying out to slippery rock for the DII National Cross Country meet 11/22/08. Qualified for it earlier today in San Antonio with a 31:22, 10k (6.2 miles) 6th place.

    cold!right now in n.y. were in 50s on a good day20s at night nice weather for racing tho.we will be getting real cold soon tho.

    Perfect weather for running. And I only say that because that's what I prefer to hike in. But I know all you Texans like hot weather so...

    I dont mind the cold weather if the wind chill is not to bad.

    just talked to my brother, we live about 45mins north, and he said this week has been in the 40's with a mixture of snow/slush/flurries/rain.

    1st mile: 4:38
    2nd Mile: 9:41
    5k (3.12miles): 15:11
    4 Miles: 19:4X

    10k (6.2miles) 31:23
