Brand new, never used. I opened the box to give to my mom, and it turns out that she already has a 160gig model so she doesn't need this one. The iPod has only been turned on once, just to take the pic below. Comes with everything that a new retail unit comes with...cable, headphones, manual, box, etc. I'm also throwing in the silicone cover that I used on my old iPod that I don't need anymore.
