Any one recognize this Black turbo truck?

well im tring to find out what dose this truck runs and will like to know more of it. its a black turbo Silverado see it at the 3min 7sec of the video on the link on the bottom. And the rumors are that he claims that he is from Houston and has run 8's... i don't know if its tru or not but it looks damm fast i just want to know more of this truck. So if sum one know it or recognize it well chime in guys. And also that it has a 408 with a 88mm turbo.
BTW, we have never seen this truck he in the RGV thats why we dont know anything of this truck. So i guess he is from out of town

The fastest black truck I know of is blacksheep from pt.net. He runs 9s but I dont think he is boosted..

Hard to tell from that vid.. He left way early while trying to spool it up, but it did look like it moved out once it did spool. It was hard to tell, but it looked and sounded like he was spinning the tires? No doubt that truck is fast, but given that vid I could not guess at a time. If he hooked out of the hole so we could get a good idea of how quick it launched it would be a bit easier to guestimate. Just looking at his launch I doubt that driver has gone 8 seconds. If the truck has done it, it might be some kind of record for our trucks.
