    New PB @ Temple

It was to late to go to SAR at 8:00 Friday night so we headed up to Little River(Temple). Made a couple of adjustments before we left and got a PB tonight AND got a name for the TBSS by a guy at the track...What do ya'll think?...."Nasty Mickey Ficky"...Hopefully I spelled that right. Well here's the times: These are N/A by the way...no spray yet!

    reaction- .4001
    60 ft - 1.76
    330 ft - 5.0526
    1/8 - 7.82
    1/8 mph- 88.46
    1/4 -12.19
1/4 mph- 112.08 No 1000 ft time or mph

Sorry for the crappy vid, it was taken with my camera and the sound cuts out. Temple is not a great place to take vids at night.

Well, you saw it in person. You can change your sig now to read "okay, maybe your TBSS can do this".

That's the most fun I've had at a track in...in like 2 days.

A 1.7 60 ft is the fastest N/A (no power adders) TBSS I've seen from what I can find. Everyone else running that 60 has a maggie or a 100 shot or more off the line and true slicks on 17's or 18's, I have 20" Nitto DR's for now. But yes there is faster 60's coming...baby steps with the adjustments. No dyno yet either.

Stock these things get a 2.2-2.4 60 ft. With intake, headers and tune I did good to get 2.0-2.1 60's. I'd love to see what it would do with some 17" wheels and some true sticky's(28" tall). Been sitting here trying to think, I don't remember what the pinion angle is set at.

Nice runs. Picked up a tenth or more @ Temple over SAR??? Impossible, must be learning the tune better.

I thought I have heard people say the pinion should point down a degree or two? I have not idea about suspension.

    Nice job Kurt.

It was pretty cool there(in temperature), but traction was bad. It was street legal and import night, but the alcohol cars showed up an stole all the vht with there slicks lol.

I think your dead on SC about learning the tune. My times were the same from SAR, after the 1/8th is where I picked up 2 tenths. It was cooler there 80*-82*. My IAT's where still in the 120's after heating the tires up. It's got 11's in it, I'm happy with where it's at and I know it will only get faster.

My pinion angle is right around -3. Get rid of these heavy 20's and it'll 60 better.
