Does anybody else have this damn problem? Everytime I start my truck I hear a ticking noise coming from behind my dash. I dont know if it the fan or what. I'm ready to take a hammer to it. Just wondering if its a easy fix.

Mode actuator.
I have that problem. Dealer pretty much told me to deal with it. If you move the temp on the AC a little bit above coldest, It goes away. If thats not it may be the heater core.
its a time bomb. GET OUT!
