i am currently looking for a new (used) truck and i am looking at a 98 obs ec silverado with a 350 and a 2000 silverado ec with a 5.3 now for my question. since both of these truck only have 100mph on the dash can i still buy a hypertech programmer and make either one of these truck do more than 100 mph

the hypertech should be able to take the speedo off, but you should get a real tune
