Just trying to clean out the garage a bit in preparation for our move. Both saws are a few years old but work perfectly. I have them listed for $225 each. If someone buys both, I'll let them go for $400.

If interested, read the linked article, it's pretty informative. I added a set of locking casters to the stand mainly for convenience due to storage. If you have the room to make this stationary, I would remove the casters. I would like $225 (local pick-up/delivery only).
The Wet/Dry Vac is a 6 Gallon Ridgid WD0620. Comes with a few tools, a flexible hose, which can be used along with a miter saw, and two extensions. Retail was around $85 or so, I would like $45 (local pick-up/delivery only).
Milwaukee 5670 26,000 RPM Router. This thing is a beast and works flawlessly.
I would like $100 for the router. Includes needed tools for bit changes (no case).
