    problem after ported tb install

    i recently got a ported tb off an ls1 and put it on my truck...and since then it has been shifting weird at wot...it threw a tps code once and i got a new sensor and it still doing the same thing, it has the following mods

    * Housing Ported for Ultimate Flow
    * Entrance Taper Bored
    * Bump-Stop Mod to Fully Open the Throttle Blade
    * Front Throttle Shaft Cut for Improved Flow

    i have to think it is because the tb is opening more than stock, and the tps thinks it shouldnt be oped that far. anyone else have this prob?

    can it be fixed with a re-tune?

    I recently installed one on mine (post tune) and it acts a little funny. If Im cruizing along around 30-35 and stomp it the old one would downshift to first and run it out, with this TB it downshifts for a split second and than quickly goes back to the next gear.
    Now if I codstomp it from a dead it hangs in there just like it should in all gears. Just from a roll that it acts up.

    Im fairly sure a retune will fix it or i will just take aput the factory back on.
