    5.3 to 6.2 swap?

Do I need a different wiring harness and ECU to swap a 2007 escalade 6.2 into a 1999 Silverado with the 5.3? I know the 6.2 has varible valve timing but can that be deleted with a cam or valvetrain swap??
I was planning on a 6.0 swap but i found an awesome deal on a 6.2 engine with no harness or ECU.
    Let me know.

    Thanks, TY

Yikes... I am sure you will need a new wiring harness and PCM (ECU). The NNBS trucks are different than the NBS trucks when it comes to the wiring.
As for the VVT stuff, I would have no clue...sorry man.
