LS6 intake...should i use it?

OK i have a brand new in the box LS6 intake just laying around.I havent seen any numbers on actuall gains on this install so my question is....should i install it on my truck.I know ill need a water pump,fuel rails.and some other minor stuff to do the swap and Tyler will help me do it,all i have to do is ask.Ill also need some help with parts...Greg has some parts i need and Billy may have a water pump.Im not asking for freebie parts but if someone has what i need to do the swap , i would really appreciate the help...the less i spend on it the more my wife likes it...and thats what matters rite now! My Dad got the intake for his vette and will just give it to me.If anybody needs some brand new C5 exhuast..ie mufflers i have some and some other C5 parts that i could do some swapping with or will be selling soon and I hate Ebay these days

sorry to see that noone bought that from you(new and for a good price)...but it is a blessing in disguise if you are able to use it on your truck.

man i need als6 intake i got a 2600 yank 6 weeks in my truck just put a 3000 can you do any thing

you will see gains but i would get some level 2.5 heads to go with

You will notice an improvement in flow--but I would go with a ported TB to go along. You may also need to upgrade your injector size--what is your duty cycle now at WOT? You will need to relocate your accessories since the intake has a lower profile than the truck one--but it sounds like you've got that covered. Have you taken it out to look at it and to compare all of the barbs and fittings? Will everything from your truck intake plug into the LS6 intake?
