well my flywheel is missin some teeth now so time to replace. is a lightweight flywheel a good or bad thing to have? whart all will it add in performance gain, or will it add none at all?

I didnt know they had one? and if they do its a waste.. save the extra cash for a real Mod
I know TCI has a heavy duty flexplate, but it is about $200 and i think the stocker is about $100
