Top left on the forum, UserCP, in there you will find all your options.
Yeah I mean once in the signature area...there's no icon to allow for inserting a picture and wrapping it with tags didn't work either. Or I'm blind...
if you click on add sig then below a little bit there is a button to upload a sig

Allow [IMG] Code No
Can Upload Images for Signature No
my bad, try it now, it was set to not allow sigs.

now thats spoon feeding lol... j/k yeah i would limit size of sigs and images posted.. since its a new board it'll shave the clutter ...
