MAP sensors....

I had Planned on getting a SD tune from Allen... Built a coupling with my Meth Nozzle ... and relocated the IAT ... Bought the GM MAP sensor from a Cobalt? ... I dont have the number in front of me... So what if I put this in place of my factory unit but Dont have a SD tune on my computer... I am pretty sure they are Not the same @ All... Will it effect the tune? ...
