Hey anyone looking for a really nice stainless header set up for a 6.0L? on a 6.0L if you have an exsisting cat back it will bolt right up to the new y pipe set up. 5.3L and 4.8L could be adapted but it would take some exhaust work, but it would be true duals at least. I bought these for my truck:
headers

The driver side is a bit of a pain to install by yourself and you will need a longer plug wire for #5 and a 45 angle boot for #7 but that is all you will need that isnt included. The fit is very nice and im very impressed with the overall , fit and finish. For such a cheap deal you dont have to debur any tubes, or fill any pin holes in the welds like a lot of cheap headers. All the bolt holes line up perfectly and they dont rub when the engine is reved up. ONLY thing i didnt like was that the y pipes didnt have any hangers welded on to mount to the exsisting hangar braket on the transmission. Quick fix if you have access to a mig welder. The flanges are plenty thick. They come with three o2 sensor bungs for each bank so you may want to find a few o2 plugs if you buy these. Or you could install wideband o2's. Those are simulated cats on the y pipe so everyone that has to pass emissions two small high flow cats my be needed.

Overall i am really impressed with the quality, and finish of these headers, and i would recomend them to anyone looking for more power.

I got them Friday afternoon and installed them late friday night. I dont know if LT headers are supposed to make such a big difference but i noticed a large improvement low end and after 2nd gear shift. Out where i live (middle of nowhere) i use the redneck drag simulator (distance between my mail box and the neighbors mail box) to determine how fast something is. Before i could only get like 82mph now i can easily get 92 rolling into the throttle as to not light up the tires. I am very pleased with the improvement. That mph might go down once i put the rest of my old exhaust back on (two 40 series flows and turn downs) but still very impressed.
