boost gauge problems

well im noticing that my boost gauge doesnt want to go into boost, it goes into vacume, and when i wot the needle barely moves slowly into boost but not enough to turn on my meth light with is set at 3psi, i checked the fittings and hosed and everything looks fine, its been working, but i notice it today that it dont

SOUNDS LIKE A VAC. LEAK SOMEWHERE. LOOK AT YOUR MAP SENSOR, YOU MAY HAVE BLOWN IT OUT? CHECK THE VAC FITTINGS TO MAKE SURE NONE HAVE COME LOOSE, ALSO TRY THE VAC LINE RUNNUNG TO THE METH BOX IT MAY HAVE BLOWN OFF. MINE DID THAT ONCE.

its like im around 18-20vac then WOT and complete stop and zero no further maybe 1or 2psi

IS THE TRUCK RUNNING THE SAME? IF IT IS, THE GAUGE MIGHT BE BROKE? IF YOU DON&#39;T FEEL THE BOOST AT WOT THEN A VACUUM LEAK, IF YOU DO FEEL THE FULL BOOST AT WOT, THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. IS THE METH LINE TIED INTO THE GAUGE LINE? MY GAUGE IS TIED INTO THE METH VAC LINE. I JUST DON&#39;T KNOW? DO YOU HAVE A CAN OF B12 SPRAY? SPRAY LIGHTLY AROUND THE VAC LINE AND SEE IF THE IDLE OF THE MOTOR ADVANCES, THEN YOU WILL FIND THE LEAK. IT MAY NOT BE THE SAFEST, BUT IT WORKS, I USED TO DO IT ON MY OLD 67 MUUUSTANG BACK IN THE DAY.

well i checked all vac lines and no leaks, and i have the map, meth, and boost line running through the same line where i get boost,

do u guys think my crank pulley is spinning

Did you check the crank bolt? That will answer your question.

the bolt was freaken tight, i didnt even have the torque to take it off
