I've been trying to get a hold of them all week about a re-tune, I've left several messages, and heard nothing back.

Anyhow, I've got a some issues with a tune I recieved, and need to get my truck driveable again.

if u send them a note in the mail with ur pcm and the changes u need thats the only other way ive heard of people getting a hold of them. they are super busy and it does take a while to get back to people sometimes. im sure Allen will respond once he sees ur post.

I'm not sure if you're leaving a message, but all calls do get returned within a day, sometimes two, but they always get returned.
Call again and leave a message and we'll call you back.

I left another message today on your voicemail. The last one was on Jonathon's mail.
