I Was wonderig what the best hot sauce is. I do like a good hot sauce. One that is spicey and hot but not one to kill the taste of the food. I have a cajun roommate. He like his stuff hot and spicey. I picked up some blazin saddle habanero sauce the last time I was it Texas. I want to know what is the best HOT SAUCE on the market. Please post brand and taste I need to restock. Thanks. Have a god new years.

Hrm, I usually use many products to make my own seasoning for stuff.

Fresh japs, cayenne, and chili peppers are good when cooking. Really depends on what you are tryin to create....

You want just a splash on sauce?

Yeah that's how I like my grub too... I don't want my face on fire. One of my buddies is from Bangaladesh and he makes some SPICY food. The India food stores sell some hardcore spice.

Like if you make soups and stews, I use some chili powder usually. Sometimes I put like picante sauce in a pot and cook it down with some more japs.

I wish I could help more! lol. I just don't use too much bottled sauce.

Chioula (sp?) seems to be a good one I use thats like in a bottle.

I bought some Blazin Saddle at the airport when I was there. I like it very much.
