Very simple install. remove spark plug wires and plugs do not use a swivel you risk snapping a plug off. alot easier if you take off the coils too. remove old manifolds. slide passenger side header in from the bottom. unbolt the steering shaft and move it out of the way. drivers side header can install from top or bottom. reuse stock gaskets and stock bolts. becareful not to cross thread any bolts. be careful take your time and DON"T break anything. Call me if you need some help.

When I did mine, I didnt have to remove the plugs, just the plug wires. I also didnt have to remove the steering shaft. It could be a little dif on your truck. The oil dipstick is going to have to come out, it just pulls out and pushes back in. Its 10x easier to get it back in if you lube it up with motor oil. My engine cover had to come off, but i think its because I have that bigass 3 piece one, yours should be ok.

I would take out the plugs keeps you from breaking them or getting hung up while sliding in your long tubes

on the header bolts coming out and thats it. I wouldn't chance it using the air ratchet putting the header bolts back in. the rest is all hand tools.

If a bolt feels like it is stuck and the penetrating lube does not work then here is what you do. You heat the bolt up with a torch not cut it and then you take 1 cup of tap water and pour on the bolt. This will make the bolt come off really easy.
