I'm in the process of instaling the Boost cooler on an 03 GMC HD 6.0L with a whipple pumping 10lbs of boost. The problem I'm running into is the directions and parts don't actually match ie the vacume port on the VC is blocked and the barb for the line is missing and the directtions don't reflect this change. It appears that the MAFT that comes with the kit uses a signal from the MAF to adjust things. The problem I'm running into is that there are 4 wires comming off the MAF... which one is is the output signal so I can tap into that wire? Yes I realize that it would be easier calling Snow but since this is Saturday of a 3 day weekend they may not be in the shop/office ( I already tried calling). Any help would be helpfull.

Here's an update. Dan at Snow Performance returned my call today and he said that GM typically uses yellow wiring for the sensor signal output wire. hope this help for any future projects.

By the way, The Snow Performance guys have been real great to work with. Great customer service and a well designed product. Only downside is the directions should probably updated to reflect any changes in the design of the system.

No I haven't been to the track or a dyno since there really isn't anything here in El Paso.
I have a Whipple that I got off Ebay. It is producing 8lbs of boost at 3400 ft elevation. I'm using 43lb injectors with a tune from Nelson instead of all the extra splice and dice stuff. I've been running it for the last 20k miles with no problems. Whipple has been real good to work with. I even spoke to one of thier engineeres concerning a problem I had. The kit was for a 99-03 6.0L but not the electronic TB.... only the cable actuated so there were a few things I had to get from them. I went with the Meth injection because I'm getting ready to go to Tacoma permanently and wanted to make sure there are no det probs at sea level.
