Im thinking of not building up the LS1 and putting money toward building up the 4.8. Im thinking about a magnacharger (with tuner), bigger heads pistons blah blah , big cam, and some exhaust goodies. Yall think this is a good idea?

I got other plans for the LS1, dads gonna help me buy a monte carlo SS. Hes gonna help me with that, but im by myself with my truck. The LS1 is gonna be ALOT of money building it up, but thats gonna be a process all throughout highschool. Ive only had my truck for 3 weeks and my dad said no new motor is going in, so I have no choice but to build up the 4.8.
