Highway miles is not hte problem, the stop and go will make the temp rise. If your fog light wires are not hot when you want it you will run into a problem. Good idea, just make sure it will work at "ANY" time you might need it since the fog light switch is not always hot. Also do not trust the temp gauge on the dash, mine can read up to 20* different than the information from my Aeroforce gauge.

I understand what you are saying and thanks. They are only hot when i turn the switch on so i am wondering if the fuse for the fog lamps would be able to handle the load i dont mind turning them on just have to get in the habit.

If you get the harness with the manual override from Allen you can plug everything in, PCM / A/C / Power / Ground and use the manual override since the relays will work on the A/C without PCM on and also in the Manual Overide switch on also......
