    ok gearheads i need some advice im planing on installing a 6.0 ls1 or maybe an ls2.plans go for full bolt ons and a silent drive supercharger.im thinking can the crank and rods hold on to that much power

    Yes they can up to a certain point. You will need to pin the crank.

    what is pinning the crank?

    6.2L L92, Ported and Polished stage 3 heads, 95mm Throttle Body, 100mm MAF, NA, Pacesetter LT Headers, Magnaflow X-Pipe Muffler, Electric Fans, 160* thermostat, 2" Drop Shackles, Hellwig Sway Bars Front and Rear, Monroe Reflex Shocks, NGK Spark Plugs, AMW Oil Catch Can, 17"x10" wheels on Kuhmo Tires.

    I think we should let SC answer the "Pin The Crank" question!!

    Just as it sounds, drill a hole between the crank and pulley to install a dowel that acts like the key on the old SB Chevys...
