Ok, I'm getting ready to install a LQ4(2005 GMC Van) into my 72 Blazer. The engine is coming this weekend and hopefully the harness/pcm(Nelson) will be ordered sometime this week. Now I'm on to the fuel system. I'm planning on running an inline setup after some searches found a few different answers on how to do it.

Can anyone who's done it post a list of parts(part #'s) I'll need for running an inline setup? Any info is much appreciated.

Thanks,
James

There are a few kinds of inline pumps you can run. The most popular ones are Walbro, Aeromotive, etc. They have pumps that are rated for 255lph. If you're running N/A, that'll suffice, but if you're gonna go the FI route, find a 340lph-rated pump (for piece of mind). You'd definitely want to put an inline filter b/t the tank and pump. As for part numbers, I do not have, but that's nothing a few clicks on a web browser can't fix.

I'm sure others will chime in to give ya more info. Good luck!

Since you have the '05 intake and fuel rail, use the '02 vette filter/regulator combo.
It has three fittings on it, one for your feed line, the other goes back to the tank, then the other side, third one, can go to your fuel rail.
You can get the quick connects from NAPA that will snap right on the fuel rails and filter/regulator.

You proably have an external pump on that truck, that is fine, just replace it with an inline walbro pump, $130 w/kit if you need one.

good luck and i hope to talk to you soon,
allen

It's going to be NA for a while. I may go FI or 408 once I've upgraded my tranny and rear end though.

Thanks for the info Alan, I sent you an email about the harness/pcm.

Can't wait to get this thing going.
