i need to change my sparks plugs out and need a little direction, ive heard the acdelco iridiums but i wasnt sure what would be the best for my basically stock truck, ive got msd wires already so im hoping a change will help even more, but on the install i know i should put a little antisieze on them but when i install them ive heard from some people do it cold and it and youll be fine but i just need to know if theres a torque spec with installing that i need to follow or any other guidelines

I usually hand-tighten and snug it with a ratchet (less than a qtr turn). I would change when the heads are cold... #1 - hot than a mofo around headers & #2 - lesser chance of stripping inner threads (theoretically).
