    Talking

Just got off the phone with TOG again, and my contact over there is sending out a set of 6.0LHD headers next week. I'll cut and fit them to fit on our trucks then send them back. There may be a set out there that will fit, but I haven't run into them and I don't think anybody on this forum has either. This set will be custom made for our trucks and are some badass headers. You can't find a better set made with stronger material and it's at a great price.

I need about 6 of you to be interested to get this thing going. I know a few are already wanting them, anybody else?

So far, the pricing is as follows, if nothing changes.

All headers come coated, no raw headers.
Headers electroless nickel plated: $725 + $35 shipping
    Add ceramic coating: $150

Every header comes with EGR tube. You can block it off or whatever you want after the purchase.
    50 state legal
    Gains up to 43HP!! whhooo

    Features:

1/2" flange (that is very thick, no warping and seal great)

    14g steel

Check out this leak free flange

Comes with a set of bolt-on extensions for you to weld your exhaust to.
And additional hardware, here's a pic of a similar setup:

let me know guys, i'm very excited about this. Why buy a set of $800 headers that may or may not fit.
This will be a custom set of headers for all the trucks that are like my '94 Chevy truck.

    thanks,

    allen

I'll take a pair - count me in. I'll have that much money in 2 weeks, but i assume it's probably going to be a month or two right?

I will be in too. Can't beat a lifetime warranty. These will be more like mids rather than longtubes right? They claim up to 35 HP with the 5.3-6.0(http://www.theotherguysproducts.com/features3.html), if Im close to that I will be more than happy.

Ya, they are like extra long mid-lengths lol, but they make good power and offer better ground clearance it looks like.

The headers are a 1 5/8 tubing, but the diameter may increase or decrease on certain tubes to maintain an equal flow.

I can't wait! I've been wanting headers for a long time, glad I waited.

    thanks guys, we're almost there.

So they already make them for the 99+? I see that they have them for the HD's, does much change with a swap or can I use those as well? Just trying to figure out if they already make ones that would fit my 01 1500 with a 6.0 swap? I am interested but not until summer time.

For those on the border, check this link out, shows agood comparison between JBA and TOG.

hey, nice article, they may not be the full length headers, but they are nothing but top notch and make just as much power.

looks like they give more ground clearance too.

    thanks,

btw, i'm a dealer of TOG, if you need a set, let me know,
