different mufflers

[99Silverado12]

I got flows on my '99 right now but it seems like everyone has those down here. Anybody have any suggestions for different mufflers I could replace them with?

I've heard a bunch of good about Magnaflow mufflers. I have a spintech sportsman muffler. It's got a totally different tone than a flowmaster. It sounds pretty good at idle, but it's a little quiet when cruising around town.

Good that&#39;s what I wanted. I just orderd mine.

I like the stealth aspect of it.

i work on this guys c5 vett, it has a extreamly cool sounding borla exhaust. i called borla to find out how to make a truck sound like that they said use a "xr1raceline" muffler. go to borla to check it out. it looks good. if it sounds like that vett, thats the ticket...

Bassani, ive never heard them myself but have heard good things about them so im pretty sure no one would have those

I have a true dual with flowtech afterburners that people seem to like the sound of

I&#39;ve got a Hooker Aerochamber that I really like.
I think the Bassani and Borla are definately good choices, but the Aerochamber was a lot less expensive.
It is a chambered muffler, but doesn&#39;t sound like like a Flowmaster.
