Hello, I am the new guy on the block. I talked to Allen a few times on the phone about tuning my Silverado SS. He is a regular on the Silverado SS board also. That is how I found this board.
2003 Nelson Performance tuned SS: MagnaCharger Radix w/ 2.75 pulley,
    Yank Pro Truck 3000, Comp Cam 212/218 558/563 115,
ASM headers, MagnaFlow dual in/out muffler, Flex-a-Lite fans,
160 deg stat. And last but not least, JAG Performance built tranny.

Welcome. Good call on the tuning. Magnacharger leaves a lot on the table. Nice rims on that SS, what are your times? How do you like those JBA shorties? Did you notice any differance? I've been thinking about a set for my HD.

    Thanks for the welcome.

Regrettably I do not have any track times yet. I should in the next few months once I get the truck the way I want it and tuned. I have a 3 inch pulley for the blower on the way and I will be putting in new cam/springs/rods in the next week or so. After that I am going to put on a NX 35-150 wet system and give it a 50 shot. What I plan on doing is doing a run without the 50 shot and then doing one with it and see the difference.

L82gofast, The shorties gave me a little more but not alot. If I could do it again I would go with long tubes. They are alot easieer to install and I like to do everything myself. Of course anything is better than stock.

01Thunder, the rims are Symbolic XR-5's the ran $390 apiece. Size is 20x8.5.

I appreciate all the comments on the truck. I look forward to hanging out and learning a few things.

Slim...I think we've seen your vid clips on here! Welcome to the site, you have a pretty wicked truck there!

L82gofast... ¿¡I thought you had headers!? Man with a set of long tubes I'd bet you gain at least .1-.2 more time! Given anymore thought to that front mount intercooler I was talkin to you about?

Nope, still stock manifolds. I am worried about loosing boost with a set of long tubes. I can't get a smaller pulley for this thing(that I can find anyway) to make up for any lost psi. This M90 is pushing it for volume as it is on the 6.0
Still thinking about the intercooler or water injection setup

The truck sure does like this cool weather that blew in here today
