Took the truck out to the 1/8 mile Friday night. With the CAI, Gibson exhaust, and stock PCM, I ran 11.00 @ 66.26. Uploaded my new Diablo tune and played with shift points and firmness. With TM off and shifting quick and firm, I turned a best of 10.56 @ 68.40.

I see all sorts of options for WOT fuel and spark, injector slopes, EGR disables, etc. How do I learn more about this stuff. I barely lost to a 2000 Monte SS NASCAR edition.

I wish I had talked to Allen first.

'05 Sierra ECSB w/ 4.8L and 3.23 gears. Mods include K&N CAI, Gibson Dual Sport Exhaust, and Diablo tune.

I'm not too sure how diablo is handling their tuning through the predator. In general, you'll want the a/f ratio around 12.9 and max timing. Get a wideband on there and see if the a/f ratio is close. With a scanner, check to see if you have any KR at wot.
As for shift points, raise them until the truck quits pulling, then back them down a bit.
I'd guess shift points for your truck should be around 5900rpms.

    good luck,
    allen
