112 makes peak power about 200-400 rpms sooner roughly and idle is worse then a 114

114 idles better so its easier to tune

In more detail, Lobe Separation Angle determines where in the power band the torque peak will occur. A short separation angle (below 108 degrees) makes the torque build quickly, peak early in the power band, then fall off quickly. Short separation angles produce a "peaky" torque curve. A long separation angle (above 112 degrees) makes the torque build gradually, peak later, and drop off more slowly. Long separation angles produce a "flatter" torque curve. The peak torque is not as high, but the torque band is wider.

Do you want some lope or do you want a stealth sound to your truck? The cam in my sig is an MTI stealth and it's really 115 LSA, I accidently put 114. Either way you'll be happy but you might need Allen to tweak the PCM.

Yep, but you'll have a little more lower end torque and a lope and I'll have a more broad range with upper torque. My stall and 4.10 gears will make up for the lower end.

My LS6 cam is a 117.5 and it peaks at 5300 for torque and is really flat through the whole graph. The HP is still slowly building at 5800 rpm. It has no lope at all, really smooth sounding at idle.

I like the LS6 cam, that's why I went with the stealth cam because it's moreless an LS6 upgrade.

I will defiantely go with a more aggressive cam on my 6.0 when this motor goes, but it will be close to the LS6, alot of people think its too conservative but I am out to prove alot of people wrong when i run it this spring after I get the tuning perfect! I really like the sound of idle, no lope, but its really smooth and sounds good with no cats and the super 40 flow.
