    04 gauge cluster

Alright, so the Speedo in my truck is randomly off 20-40mph, and sometimes doesn't even work.. bought new stepper motors and put them in and now the cluster doesn't light up besides the engine light/abs light/blinkers/ so forth and the gear indicator and such... only thing not lighting up is the needles and the numbers.. and the speedo still isn't working as well, and I'm having trouble putting the needles back in their original place, they keep stopping at different places when I turn the key off..

I just replaced stepper motors for a customer and the lights are also out on it. I can tap on the circuit board and some will light up!

Any info folks can give me and the op is greatly appreciated!!

Op, take your glass off the cluster and remove the needles that will sit on 0 without vehicle started.... ie speedo, oil, and rpm. Put the cluster in the truck, turn key on and install those exactly on 0!
