    GM Hot Cam?

Is anyone on here using one? Heard it will make 50 more hp in a 6.2l on cam swap alone. Dont know which app. this applies to ( truck, camaro). It will be going in a truck of course. Any thoughts on this are welcomed (except Garrisons) Thanks

dont think they would make more power than of corse a custom grind, even the tr22o or 224 ,makes more power....but one thing they do sound nice.

Either the hot cam or I have heard claims of 50hp gains on a 6.2 with the LS9 cam. Those are good budget cams, but why not just go all out on a custom cam?

I talk to the guys at comp about my cam and they mentioned if I had a 6.2 it would really be awesome down low. Since I installed in the 4.8 it killed my bottom end. I show go a bit smaller on the duration and sell you mine.

I'd definitely get a comp or lunati cam. I have a lunati 220/224 .575/.575 on a 112LSA in my 5.7, it works great, pulls awesome from 2000 all the way up to 6500. I do have a standard transmission though so not sure what you'd want for a stall with those specs.
