Help me choose a cam for my N/A 6.0

Its for my 89' GMC RCSB. Truck weighs 4k lbs, 4.56 gear with TruTrac and Cal-Tracs, T56 with LS7 clutch. Engine has a homeade cold air setup, schoenfeld headers with dual 3 inch exhaust with 14inch magnaflows.

By no means is it or will ever be a daily driver. I mostly take it out on the weekends and beat the piss out of it.
I dont want the biggest cam i can go with, I just want something big enough that has plenty of power on demand. It already pulls hard as it is with just a tune.

Someone has recommended TSP 228 cam on a 112 seperation. Seems a bit small to me
I'd like to get something that has a mean lope to it.

I hope i provided plenty of info to help me out.

    Called thunder racing...they recommended 227/239 .614/.621 115 Tru Torque Lvl 5

This was based on the 706 heads I'm running!

That's a lot of cam for 706 heads IMO.

I think that would be a great cam with L92 heads.

Thunder racing.... Did they reccommend 918 springs too?

I would call Geoff @ EPS and get him to custom spec you a cam out. Either that or hit up Pat G and get a custom spec from him.
