I have mine off my 07 NNBS 5.3 all the way from the throttle body to the tip of the box not sure what it's worth to you I'm sure shipping would suck but Im in the DFW if your interested?

I just need the box and the lid. I found one local on CL for $50 for the box, lid and tube, im trying to see if its still available.
