well i put a set of stck 17s on and got a 13.8 @ 99, 2.07 60' the weather was pretty bad last night. it was 75* and riduculous amounts of humidity. i think with some headers and good weather its got a 13.5 in it

Ya and im pretty sure he even had some weight reduction also. I ran in full street trim, tailgate, spare tire, jack, etc.. even my buddies babies car seat.lol

Something like that. And rotational weight its less than that per tenth gained. So lighter wheels and take out the extra crap and you should be in the 13.5 range.
