im getting an upgrade from allen for my 160 thermostat but i was wondering if i put it in before i get the tune will it screw anything up or will it just work better after i get the updated tune and still work fine in the meantime???

Go ahead and swap in in there, wont hurt a thing! Then all you will have to do is just swap PCM's when you get the new one and your rockin!
