After converting my 4l60E to a ZF S650 manual, the truck eventually reverted to reading a "drive" signal, which caused a number of problems. I have been unsuccessful in tampering around with the PCM wiring to fool it into "N" or "P", so I went with a push button start and bypassed that aspect of it all together. My only issue now is I can't get into 4Lo with a "Drive" reading. 4Hi is fine. I am now looking at bypassing the PCM again with the T-case operations. I want to wire direcrly into the T-case with a switch or push button to activate the 4Lo. I have a T-case from a 2500 Silverado, don't know exactly which one though, as the shop that installed it removed the ID plate from it. I wouldn't imagine that the wiring of the 4LO functions is much different from one model to another though. Anyone have a wiring diagram?
